Governing law and jurisdiction

The courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

The products or services purchased from third-party vendors (online or offline store) are subject to third-party vendors Store Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
